Patrick Zaccaria – President/CEO
As Co-founder of TRM, I have been blessed to experience the Church’s desire to unconditionally love in action, disciple, and empower LGBTQ background Christian leaders. As someone who is an LGBTQ-background Christian, who has lived in an LGBTQ Community hub since 2013, I am so excited to build bridges between the Church and LGBTQ Community, so Christian leaders arise. Esther Zaccaria – Secretary
Esther is the other Co-founder of TRM. She has had a special love for the LGBTQ community since childhood and felt God call her into helping her husband, Patrick, in the same spirit as Ruth to Naomi. She began having prophetic signs and dreams that God had given her to step into serving this community the best way she could. It started out by feeding weekly meals for the neighborhood and community, to building bridges with local business owners and befriending neighbors. She loves to use her hospitality, partnership building, and counseling gifts to serve.
Eddie Aguayo – Treasurer
Originally born and raised in Northern California, my wife and I have called San Diego home for the past 5 years. We currently have one child with the hopes of growing our young family. From the beginning of my walk with Jesus as a young man, God has blessed me with incredible mentors and discipleship relationships that have greatly impacted my life. Today I have the honor and privilege of working with young people in my role as a teacher and Coach. God has given me a heart for the LGBTQ community and a desire to share the gospel and Love of Jesus in a broken world.
Ron Barrett – Board Member
Ron brings value to TRM’s board via his seven years of experience with doing inner healing ministry, his background with mental health from managing an outpatient psychotherapy practice for five years, combined with his strong emphasis on pastoral care ministry throughout the forty years that he has been growing as a husband and disciple of Christ. Ton has spent two seasons attending and helping to facilitate Lamplighter school of supernatural ministry with a master’s degree in business administration which rounds him out as a person who brings both strong Christian values alongside financial management training and experience needed to help TRM with their goals to change the world.
Howard Ly – Board Member
I’m Howard and I have known Patrick and Esther since we were at our prior Church together. I have seen them start Thousand Rainbows Ministries from the early days and have always admired their passion to see the gospel spread even in the most challenging places. I am glad to be doing life with them and continuing to support the gospel work they are doing in sharing Jesus’ truth with the LGBTQ+ community.
